Job Title: Reservation Coordinator
Description: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Working with the team assistant managers and manager to be responsible for VIP clients holiday arrangements from start to finish and to ensure the highest level of services are delivered.
- Deal with incoming emails including corresponding with overseas VIP agents
- Make hotel and tour reservations and correspond and liaise with Thailand hotels, suppliers and Diethelm regional offices. Make flight reservations in Amadeus.
- Make quotations for itineraries and hotels and calculate profit and costs.
- Research and document specific details as required on Thailand hotels and regional tours for high end clients.
- Plan itineraries around Asia with assistance of VIP Manager.
- Responsible for the accuracy of data of invoices, reservations, confirmation and quotations before clients arrival and for payments

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience
- Bachelor???s degree or higher in Tourism and Hotel Management or Arts, Humanities or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in reservation / tourism industry

- Good command of spoken and written English
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Office
- Good personality and interpersonal skills
- Good customer skill
